Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she was featured in a news announcement regarding foster care. At age 10 years old, Cook began working as a model for children's printers which was seen in national Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
